I have no idea what possessed me to make this at 11:30 on Sunday night, but since I did, I figured I would share it with you all. Actually, the thought just hit me suddenly and I couldn’t stop laughing until I finished photoshopping it together.
And by the way, it’s a little known fact that the day after the day after the day after Thanksgiving is the biggest photoshopping day of the year! Thought you might like to know.

i don’t know what it is, but every christmas season, i always think about that commercial that sings, “merry christmas from payless, merry christmas!” i just thought it was so hilarious. although it is no longer on, because that commercial was on since i was 10 years old. LOL it just struck me when i saw your website

I was trying to track it down. The jingle was written by Bill Scream and me in Portland OR in 1972 for Payless Drug Stores NW, later Thrifty Drug and now Rite-Aid. The lyrics as I remember them.
