More than half of the readers visiting the “Aqquaintance Tree” story thing realize where they have ended up and drop out before the end. So here is the final version of the “Aqquaintance Tree” you lazy bilge rats.

Does anyone know of any Lindsey Pool Tabs?

  2. Andy Says:

It looks like all you have to do to get hits these days is mention the band ‘Lindsey Pool’. I suggest repeating the band name over and over again in a post and then letting businesses advertise on that page to earn money. But thats just me. Steve knows of the horrible failure that my site is.

  3. Ben Says:

Yeah I need the Angel Pumping Gas tab!

  4. Ben Says:

I emailed the band and within a couple of weeks they emailed me back… I now have the chords if anyone needs them.

  5. Andy (a different one) Says:

When is In the Studio coming out??

Just came across your Acquaintance Tree and, thinking that it was pretty funny, thought I’d do what I could to help. I grew up with the guys and lived up the street from Greg, with the eponymous Lindsey Pool (an actual pool on Lindsey St. in Hillsboro, OR) between us. You’re doing pretty well from what I saw, but yeah: there are in fact four guys in the band. Greg Blaisdell, Parker Mann, Zach Everton and Luke Fisher. Generally Zach is the lead singer, Parker lead guitar, Luke bass and Greg drums, but they all sing which I think is pretty interesting. I moved to LA so I haven’t seen them in a while (the last time was when Luke and Greg got married, not to each other but within a week of one another) and hadn’t even heard that the band had changed names, but there you are. Have fun.

Lindsey Pool’s new CD will be called “Rush a Little Faster”.

There are three songs from the new album now on their website (www.lindseypool.com).

Yeah, there new album is out now…it’s a must have. If anyone checks this site they are playing this Friday (12/17) at the Aloha Grange, but I’m sure no one will see this until after that show is long gone. Anywho, check out their website and buy their new album “Rush a Little Faster”.

  9. Jonathan Pinto Says:

Could please post the tab or chords of Angel Pumping Gas. That would be greatly appreciated. Thinking of playing this song for my high school talent show.

  10. Enrique Says:

    Pinto,

    Figure it out yourself, punk.

  11. Adam Says:

A little late there, aren’t you, Enrique?

  12. Aarika Says:

If you had a dime for every time you’ve asked THAT question today, dude.

  13. sergei Says:

Hey, I know those crazy lindsey pool guys. I’m even related to one of them! The band rocks, although I’ve been outside of the Portland area for the last little while. Go check out the website http://www.lindseypool.com buy the CDs. Someday they’ll be famous. And I will ride the coattails of their success.

Lindsey Pool has played together for about ten years now, using a few different names as their personae has evolved. “Lindsey Pool” is where they all hung out during the summer as kids–it is the neighborhood pool in the upper middle-class neighborhood where a couple of the band members resided. They are each 24 years old.

Most of the music they play is original to them. Their band has survived numerous circumstances that might have distracted or discouraged them–but they have hung in there with a great deal of determination and descipline. They have what it takes to go to the top; they just need to continue to pay their dues in perseverance. They are an awesome group of guys. Two are married and one–Luke Fisher–even became a dad in May 2005!!

  15. seat slasher Says:

so, are all of them mormon?

  16. Forest Says:

    Yeah, they are all Mormon.

  17. drew Says:

hey i live up in seattle and i just heard these guys for the first time. all i can say is i hope they make it to the top someday

  18. Drew Hart Says:

I met Zach Everton (lead vocals) about 4 years ago now. He was living in Phoenix for a while and he left behind a demo cd for me and my buds. After listening to it, I ordered about 25 cds for me and my friends who all wanted copies. They are an awesome band. So there is actually a small following for Lindsey Pool in north Phoenix. So when they do make it big and tour, Phoenix better be one of the stops.
